HOW DUMB IS DUMB OR MAYBE EVEN STUPID

News item from Muncie, Indiana. Trooper Eric Perkins pulled over a car for one reason or another and while talking to the driver, the passenger asked the trooper if she could light up a cigarette and of course the trooper said yes. As she did, she was arrested. Why was Honesty Knight arrested you ask. After she asked if she could smoke she tried to light up a marijuana joint. Where were her brains. She must have had one already. Daaaaaaaa how smart is she?
