THEY CAN'T PRAY!!!!!!

Not long ago I wrote that a 18 year old high school student, Eric Workman, who attends Greenwood High School somewhere in Central Indiana and is the valedictorian of the class filed suit against the school because the graduating class voted to say a prayer at the ceremony. He said this was wrong because it violated his First Amendment Rights.
The ACLU filed a lawsuit for this jerk. A judge ruled late Friday that the prayer could not be said at the graduation.
U. S. District Judge Sarah Evans Barker issued a preliminary injunction against the school saying the process in which students voted to have the prayer violated the First Amendment's establishment clause.
First of all lets remember the names of Eric Workman and Judge Sarah Evans Barker. Should you ever see their names on any ballot DO NO VOTE FOR THEM.
Further more what if the students took it upon themselves to start the prayer just as Eric was called to give his valedictorian speech. They can't arrest the whole class and this would leave Eric standing at the podium with nothing to say until the prayer was finished.
This has got to stop somewhere. Things are getting rediculous.
