REPLY TO GO GREEN

Thank you for the comment.
You might want to check with your local authorities. I would bet that there is a no call list in other states.
Good luck.

GOOD JOB LADY.

It was night time and as all decent citizens were sleeping a woman heard glass break somewhere in her home. Living alone, she had a gun because she didn't live in the best of neighborhoods.
She took her gun and went to investigate and low and behold she saw two figures in the darkness. At the same time she saw them and they saw her. No words were exchanged just a loud bang as she pulled the trigger on her gun. One intruder fell to the floor while the other ran like a goosed moose.
Police were called and the injured intruder was taken to the hospital where he died a short time later.
It was determined that no charges will be filed against the woman.
Job well done lady!!!

DON'T FEED THE DOG.

A man was walking his dog and as they passed another person, that person threw the dog a biscuit treat. The dogs owner, at that point, grabbed the biscuit thrower and slammed him up against a garage and a scuffle started. Police were called and the owner of the dog said he thought the biscuit thrower was trying to poison the dog.
Lesson learned, don't be kind to animals or better yet ask first if you can give the dog a treat.

SOMEONE GOT A NEW TOY FOR CHRISTMAS.

Everybody gets new things for Christmas, but someone in particular got a special toy, one that he can shoot his eye out with and that is a BB gun.
It was just about just about that time when the vandalism started. It happens day or night with car, van and school bus windows being shot out. It happens everywhere but mostly along rural stretches in Lake and Porter counties in Indiana with the most near 109th Avenue in Lake County.
Recently four windows were shot out at a car dealer.
One man who's window was shot out as he was driving recalls seeing a white pickup truck in the area. It is not known if the suspect hides in fields or shoots from a vehicle.
At any rate this person is a hazard to the community and any information concerning these situations should be reported to the Lake County Sheriff Department 219-755-3346 or the Merrillville police department 219-769-3722 ext 545.

THERE ARE GOOD PEOPLE IN THE WORLD.

At fourteen months a little girl by the name of Carrie Janik was diagnosed with cancer. She is now six and this Griffith, Indiana girl has gone through surgeries, chemo and radiation. Over the years Carrie fell in love with the TV show "iCarly", the hit show on Nickelodeon. When asked last year what would she want in the whole world, she said she wanted to meed iCarly.
A trip to the website and an explanation of the situation brought a phone call inviting Carrie to meet Miranda Cosgrove at the Rosemont Theatre where she was performing. Arrangements were made to attend the 4pm rehearsal and performance.
Carrie's health turned for the worse and she could not leave the hospital.
Later her health began to improve and at that point her mother e-mailed iCarly's producers and explained the situation and also asking if the singer could come to the hospital.
Miranda, a backup singer and a guitar player showed up at the hospital and sang three songs from the show to her at her bedside.
In my eyes that was a wonderful thing done by the iCarly people. It shows that Miranda is a down to earth person who has feelings for others.
God bless Carrie and Miranda and everyone who took part in this event to make a little girls wish come true.
