MERRY CHRISTMAS

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

THE LAST DAY

Well here it is, the day before Christmas. Is your shopping and wrapping done? By the looks of things not everybody has completed this task, including myself. I had to go to the bank and get some of that green stuff and head for Wal-Mart and the grocery store to finish up. Wal-Mart wasn't too bad but the grocery store was something else but thank goodness they had everything I needed. I am home now and just finished wrapping gifts and there is only one thing left to do and that is to pick up tomorrow's dinner at our local Jewel.
To those who have read this have a MERRY AND SAFE CHRISTMAS and remember this day is not only about presents. Someone special was born on this day.

TWO MORE DAYS AND THEN "BLACK FRIDAY"

I have had the pleasure if going out on a Black Friday morning only twice in my life. Once with my wife and once with my daughter who is a devoted Black Friday person for umpteen years. She studies the sale papers the day before and makes her games plan. Then it's early to bed and early to rise. Now that she lives in Texas she no longer has to stand for hours in the cold waiting for the doors to open and seeing the bargains of the year lined up on the store shelves. Racing down the aisles for that certain special item you stood in line to get only that the store only had 5 of and the person in front of you got the last one. There is no disappointment in learning this because you dash down another aisle to your next bargain picking up things along the way and wishing you had a motorized cart so you go faster.
I get up early that day and turn on the tv to watch as camera crews interview anyone they can grab on to and ask how is it going. The reply is always "WONDERFUL". What world are they in. You see, I do my shopping online starting at the stroke of midnight and then go to bed an hour later only to rise and watch the Black Friday shopper on tv while I'm drinking a hot cup of coffee and staying nice and warm.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE AND HAPPY SHOPPING!

DOES BRISTOL PALIN KNOW HOW TO DANCE?

In my opinion, NO SHE DOES NOT. I put her in the same category as Kate.
I must say I was really upset at the outcome of Tuesday night results of letting Brandy go and keeping Bristol. If she wins then you know something is wrong.
I guess I was not as upset as this gentleman in Vermont, WI. He is 67 years of age and was watching Dancing With The Stars and was enraged at Bristols routine. He didn't turn the tv off but instead got his shot gun and shot his television before turning the gun on his wife. His view was that Palin was not a good dancer and was only kept on because of her mother.
His wife escaped and this all lead to a overnight standoff with the SWAT team The home was surrounded and police managed to talk Steven Cowen out of his home. He is charged with second degree reckless endangerment and could face up to 10 years in prison.
What would he have done if Bristol won and received the trophy.
My bet as to the winner is Jenifer Grey.

THE SEASON IS OVER.

As much as I would have liked to see my grandson's team go all the way, things just don't happen that way. It was the second game of the playoffs and they lost by three points. Of course tears were flowing and heads were bowed they have to remember that the Killeen Patriots had one heck of a season without losing a game until now.
They will still get awards at their banquet dinner with Spencer and another young man getting a special award for their roll in winning so many games.
Just keep in mind that there is always next year boys.

ANOTHER WIN. NOW IT IS 9-0

Yesterday was the first of the playoff games for my grandsons football team, the Killeen Patriots.
They won with a score of 35-12. They have three more games to win and then it is off to the state championships. How exciting.
My daughter says that these little guys, ages 10-12, put on one heck of a game. A lot of action on the field and a lot of yelling in the stands and a lot of behind the scene activity between some of the coaches, parents and the refs.
A parent was seen talking to a ref yesterday and after that is was amazing how many penalty flags were thrown against our team with no explanation given on our side of the field, just the other side.
Come on ref's lets do the right thing and be fair.

THE NUMBER GOES TO 8-0

Last Saturday was somewhat of a Home Coming football game for the Killeen Patriots after going through a no loss season. Again they won with a outlandish score of 14-45 with the opposing team becoming poor sports after the Patriots got their first touchdown. They started fights on the field and this included the coach. Bad sportsmanship on their part. Grandson Spencer walked away with one sac, three tackles and one TD. Good job Spence!
Today starts the playoffs to see who will go to state. I'm praying and cheering for the Killeen Patriots and hope you will do so likewise.
Can't wait for the results tonight when Spencer calls me to tell me ya or nay.

THE NUMBER GOES TO 7-0

I'm told that this was another exciting game. Grandson Spencer held up his end by getting 2 sac's and one touchdown. He incurred an injury involving a certain part of his body that no-one would want to get kicked in. He was helped off of the field only to return for the next play.
This coming Saturday starts the playoffs.
Good luck Patriots, take it all the way to state.
Why?, because GRANDPA said so.

Monday, October 18, 2010

THEY ARE NO 6 - 0

The Killeen Patriots are moving right along at 6-0. At the end of the second quarter the score was 50 - 0 so the game was called. Again grandson Spencer was in on every play doing his thing and making a mark in the record books.
Can I say I'm proud of him and his team? I am..

Monday, October 11, 2010

IT NOW GOES TO 5-0

Yes friends it is now 5-0 for grandson Spencer's football team with a win of 55 to 13. Spencer got himself 7 tackles and one resulting in a fumble with him recovering the ball. How much I would have loved to be there to see the game.
As a reward he was taken to a place he has wanted to eat for some time and that place was HOOTERS. He said he really had a good time and the food was good too.
I hope this trend continues with next weeks game.
Good luck Killeen Patriots.

Sunday, October 3, 2010

THEY ARE NOW 4-0

Yes the number is now 4 wins 0 losses. Even though the other team at times were not playing and showing good sportsmanship the Killeen Patriots won with an outstanding score of 59-19.
This is strange. Because they are the only team that has won 4 games other teams are requesting an investigation of their equipment to ensure that it is regulation. What has that got to do with it? The team is good and they would probably play and win even if they were barefoot. It's amazing how adults (coaches) can turn kids sports into something that takes away from the pleasure of winning. Lets face it coaches, if your team was good they would win too.
Grow up and this goes for the ref's too. Don't show favorites.

WINDING DOWN.

Yesterday the weatherman was forecasting rain for the weekend and as I sit here writing this he was right for once. I chose not to go to the camper this weekend after hearing his report and waking up this morning to the sound of rain beating on my roof. Not only that but it is COLD outside. I guess we have to expect that when you live in this part of the country. Indiana.
At this time of year the snow birds (people who move to warmer climates for the winter) start leaving the campground. It get pretty lonely if your friends are not there.
In about two weeks the water will be shut off and that will officially end the season and I will not return until next April, God willing.
I have to go through the Holidays and the long do nothing but watch tv period until I can go back. The Holidays are not the same since my wife passed 5 years ago. I enjoyed doing the decorating and shopping with her, but now that is gone.
Looking forward to next year.

NUMBER THREE.

With win number 3 under their belts, Spencer's football team feels pretty good. For the three games that they have played, Spencer has a total of 21 tackles. I think that, that is pretty good. Whenever he makes a tackle he raises his arm and holds up a finger. In Saturday's game he held up one then two then three and four fingers. The players lined up and the ball was put into play. There was a scramble of bodies on the field and then a pileup. As the bodies rose from the pile there was one player still on the ground and that was number 57, my grandson Spencer. After a few seconds he moved raising his hand to show 5 fingers indicating that he was the one who made the tackle showing that he made 5 tackles in the game. Cheers and laughter filled the field with spectators and parents showing their pleasure with that gesture.
Way to go Patriots. Keep on winning.

WINNER AGAIN.

Spencer had his second football game yesterday in Santonio, Texas. He is on a traveling team so the family had to travel over 100 miles to get there. Spencer called me while I was on my way to a anniversary party. He was so excited he could hardly speak. The words that came out of his mouth were " we won with a score of 28 to 6 and I made three tackles". He really likes the game and is building a reputation amongst his team mates.
I can't wait for the next game. I hope they continue their winning streak although it is only 2-0.
Keep up the good work Spenc and your Patriots.

MURPHY'S LAW

Murphy's Law is a saying that what can go wrong will.
This is a story from today's paper 9-11-10.
A gentleman from Kokomo Indiana was traveling on Interstate 65 and got a flat tire on his Lexus. Put the spare tire on only to discover that, that was flat also. While filling the spare tire with air, it exploded when he overfilled it, ripping his shirt and bruising his chest and arms. In a case like that what do you do? He picked up his cell phone and in the middle of calling for help the phone went dead. This poor gentleman tried driving at about 20 to 25 mph to get to the next exit and to a tire store but didn't make it. His car was rear ended by a semi and each vehicle spun out of control. He was taken to the hospital with contusions and a laceration to his head. Nothing happened to the truck driver.
This man, you can say, had an interesting day.

THE WINNER IS!!!!!!

As I mentioned awhile back, my grandson, Spencer, is playing football. I would have loved to be there when he played his first game last Saturday. When my daughter called to tell me the outcome of the game she was horse and said that the rest of the family was the same way.
I said never mind that, did he win. The answer to that question was yes, 21-20. Spencer alone took down the quarterback two times. My daughter said he is really making a name for himself.
Another game is scheduled for this Saturday in San Antonio which is about 125 miles away from their home. When they got over the shock of how far the game was the coach said he forgot to tell them it was a traveling team. I wonder how many will drop out of the team after learning this and $150.00 invested. Time will tell.
Well anyway, great job Spencer and good luck in the next game. I will be anxiously awaiting the results.

FOOTBALL IS ROUGH

While I was in Texas I had the opportunity to watch my grandson Spencer practice football. With the temperatures in the 100's I had a hard time sitting and watching let alone be a kid on the field playing, running and doing exercises.
I have never seen this before but after each practice the boys, and whom ever else wanted, were fed. Now keep in mind that they practice three times a week and after each practice they had food and drink. One day it was hot dogs, the next pizza, tacos, hamburgers and what ever else was prepared by the parents while the kids practiced.
Like I said football is a rough sport. At first Spencer was getting a little bored because all it was, was running, sit-ups, jumping jacks and other exercises. When the pushing and shoving started he was all for that. Spencer is a BIG boy and when he blocks or tackles someone they know it. We all have to keep in mind that accidents do happen, not on purpose, they just happen. Just last week they were lined up to scrimmage, Spencer plays guard, the whistle blew and Spencer nails this poor kid. When the dust settled and everyone was up it was noticed that the kid he blocked had a broken arm. Spencer really felt bad not only for breaking the arm but thinking about all the money the parents spent on this kids uniform, $150+ and now he has to sit out when they play their first game which is tomorrow, Sept 3.

THE TIME IS NEAR.

The time is near, very near. You can feel it in the air. The excitement, sorry, fear and disappointment. What is this special time? The beginning of school. Excitement being going to school for the first time and meeting new challenges. Sorry being that summer is over and now the work must begin again. Fear is for the younger children in not knowing what to expect and the fact of leaving mom at home. Disappointment being not getting the teacher or classes you wanted. Many more words fit this category of school and in the end it will all work out.
Mom's and dad's look forward to this, except the first timers who will not be able to see their little ones go off to school. Yes there will be tears but after a few days they will go away and both mother and child will look forward to their own little world of silence and learning.
Good luck to all of you, I've done my share.

FROM THE MOUTH'S OF CHILDREN

I was visiting my daughter in Texas for the last few weeks and had a good time. Being recently married there are of course newly acquired grandchildren. In this case it is a granddaughter. She was visiting dad. She lives in California.
While the two of us were sitting at the breakfast table getting to know each other with idle chit chat one of the two dogs walked by. It is a large dog. A DoGo and weighs about 80 pounds. As the dog walked by Destiny said poor Bear, I feel so sorry for him, of course I asked why and then realized the dog had been fixed. Her reply was "someone cut off his balls and left the sack" good thing I didn't have a mouthful of coffee. I quickly changed the subject by asking her if she watched Sponge Bob.
From the mouth;s of children of which this one was 9.

WHERE IS THE COOL WEATHER?

This has been the hottest summer I can remember in a long time. The temperatures in the 90's for I don't know how long. Thursday the weatherman says 100?
Going to Texas tomorrow looking for relief but I am sure that I won't get it. Talked to my daughter this morning and she says temps in the 100's. WHAT IS A MAN TO DO?
I have no choice but to go to the water park in Killeen, Texas where my daughter lives and sit in the refreshing water, pretend I'm sleeping and check out the beautiful ladies as they walk by. Surely they can't arrest a 70 year old man from enjoying life and Gods beauty.
Looking forward to a nice trip taking my two grand kids back to their mother.

MOVING CLOSER.

With my son-in-law being in the service one never knows where he will be stationed. For now it is Ft. Hood. He returned there in December from his second tour in Iraq. He was told that next year at this time he would be in Afghanistan. That's not going to happen. He is being sent to Georgia to be an instructor at Ft. Benning.
In miles that is about 400 miles closer to me so I will be able to drive it in one day instead of a day and a half to Texas.
I was stationed there for two years and it will be interesting to see how it changed since I was there in 1964.
It will be nice to have them closer.

I NEED A HUSBAND!!!!!!!!!

Not me, I'm a guy. This statement was made by a 57 year old woman in Alliance, Ohio. This plea was called into the 911 number five times. The dispatcher could not believe what she was hearing. After the fifth time, police were dispatched to the woman's home and she was arrested for improper use of the 911 system. She spent three days in jail.
It would have been easier to call E-Harmony I guess.
Ladies and men too, think before you call seeking a companion.

THE KIDS

This week concluded the school year for many. Mainly my grandchildren in Texas.
Aidden graduated and went on to first grade. How proud he was. He was dressed up in his finest. A suit white shirt and tie. Mom was there to see this milestone as well as Spencer. They let him out of class to see his brother graduate.
Yesterday was awards day for Spencer which was attended by his step-dad Jeremy. Spencer received an award for the best in his Science class and for the most improved for the semester. Way to go Spencer. I'm proud of you.
Today is Angelica's day. She is participating in a graduation ceremony going from fifth to sixth grade. Another stepping stone in life. Mom tells me she too was decked out in her finest. Fancy hair style and a pretty dress. Mom even went as far as letting her wear a little make-up. Mom couldn't make it because of work but her step-dad Jeremy will be there to see this happen.
I don't know how many folks realize how important it is to attend these ceremonies to show support for their children. It means a lot. It's too bad we all can't be there but I know life must continue with work and other obligations. Even if you can't be there make them know that they are special when you do see them.

IT'S BACK

Do you ever wait and wait for your favorite program to return. I did and it finally did return last night, that being AMERICA'S GOT TALENT. It amazes me that there are so many talented people out there that we never hear about. Some even better that the ones that are in the headlines now. Keep your American Idol, Biggest Loser, Bachlorette and a few other programs that just don't have any meaning and do not supply entertainment to the tv viewer. I'm losing weight. Do I get a tv show. Anybody can do that in the privacy of their own home.
America's Got Talent has it all. Singers, dancer and oddities from all over the country. We need more shows like that.
I think Howie Mandel is a great addition to the show.

IT'S OVER

Yes folks it's over. A program I never thought that I would get so interested in. That being Dancing With The Stars.
My choice to win was Evin and Anna, they came in second, but that's OK they were still good.
Kate was back and guess what? SHE STILL CAN'T DANCE. She looks like a stick in her movements.
This is the first season I really watched it. Was it because of the beautiful girls and the costumes and I'll tell you one thing I will definitely watch it next season. GOOD SHOW.

THEY CAN'T PRAY!!!!!!

Not long ago I wrote that a 18 year old high school student, Eric Workman, who attends Greenwood High School somewhere in Central Indiana and is the valedictorian of the class filed suit against the school because the graduating class voted to say a prayer at the ceremony. He said this was wrong because it violated his First Amendment Rights.
The ACLU filed a lawsuit for this jerk. A judge ruled late Friday that the prayer could not be said at the graduation.
U. S. District Judge Sarah Evans Barker issued a preliminary injunction against the school saying the process in which students voted to have the prayer violated the First Amendment's establishment clause.
First of all lets remember the names of Eric Workman and Judge Sarah Evans Barker. Should you ever see their names on any ballot DO NO VOTE FOR THEM.
Further more what if the students took it upon themselves to start the prayer just as Eric was called to give his valedictorian speech. They can't arrest the whole class and this would leave Eric standing at the podium with nothing to say until the prayer was finished.
This has got to stop somewhere. Things are getting rediculous.

THE NEW MR. AND MRS.

As I had written before I traveled to Texas in late March with grand kids in hand to the attend the marriage of my daughter Lorri.
It was a small but beautiful ceremony even though the day itself was terrible with a temperature of 38 degrees, raining and very, very windy. Keep in mind that the day before it was 78 degrees and sunny. People say that if it rains on a wedding day that means good luck and a good marriage.
At this time I would like to introduce you to my daughter and her new husband, Mr. and Mrs. Jeremy Espinoza.
May they have a long and happy life.

THANKS FOR THE COMMENTS SANDY.

You are so right. We AMERICANS have sat by too long bowing to others for what they want. It's time we took AMERICA back and that means from our politicians who are puppets as most of them are and others who speak out against us.

DO THEY PRAY OR NOT.

In a earlier post I wrote about a young man wanting to stop a pray at his graduation even though a majority vote wanted to say the prayer. This young man, Eric Workman brought suit against the school wanting to stop the prayer.
The school not wanting to get into trouble has asked a federal judge if they should allow the prayer to be said.
Workman is ranked at the top of his class and is expected speak during graduation so he will be sitting on the stage while the prayer is said and this would make him feel uncomfortable.
Well Mr. Workman you can either put cotton in your ears, stay off of the stage until it is your turn to speak, don't speak and I'm sure this will make everyone happy or better yet don't show up for the graduation.
I vote for the last option. People like this make me sick and at some point in his life may be part of the downfall of this country.

A BEAUTIFUL WEDDING AND A HAPPY BRIDE.

I attended my daughters wedding in Killeen, Texas last Saturday. It was small but very beautiful. The temperature the day before was 76 degrees, a perfect day for a wedding. But on her day it was raining and the temp was on 39 degrees and very, very windy.
The wedding was held in a small wedding chapel decorated beautifully for the occasion. There were no many people there only the best man and his wife and daughter, myself and my 6 grand children. This is the second marriage for both of them. Lorri was stunning in her gown which she had always dreamed of getting married in. He was in his military uniform with his 1st Calvary dress hat. They made a very handsome couple.
We went back to their house where there was a small reception and the groom did the cooking on the grill on this cold and rainy day. After we ate they had the cake ceremony and the eating of this delicious cake.
After all was said and done one could conclude that it was a beautiful day with the exception of the cold and rain. Both bride and groom are very happy and I wish them both a very long and happy like together.

LET US PRAY - NOT.

When will it end? Can't say this, can't do this and God forbid if you look sideways at someone of another ethnic group your in big trouble.
The latest piece of crap comes from around the Indianapolis area. This 18 year old punk is asking a judge to stop a graduation prayer that the class voted to approve. This young person says that the prayer and the vote violate the First Amendment.
Guess who stepped in to help this jerk, you got it, the American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana. This is an organization that is out to destroy the United States of America.
I look at it this way, a vote was taken and passed by a majority. One person is offended. SO WHAT. If he doesn't like it don't attend the graduation. STAY HOME. He can go to school later and pick it up his diploma. I wouldn't even waste the postage sending his diploma to him.

IS SPRING REALLY HERE?

For the last couple of days the weather has been beautiful except for a little rain now and then. I even had the patio door open to get fresh air into the house. It felt good to do this.
As I sat at the kitchen table reading the paper and having coffee and the door open I heard a familiar chirping which to me is a sure sign that spring is near. It was a Robbin. Not only one but six of these little critters hoping around looking for breakfast.
There is also another clue that spring is near and that is setting the clocks ahead one hour and that will happen tonite.
Is it true then that spring has sprung?

DO THEY LEARN BETTER WHEN THEY ARE DRUNK?

In Valparaiso, IN a young lady of 17 years old was arrested at the Vaparaiso High School for underage drinking. At 2:20 in the afternoon she tested positive for having alcohol in her system. She told police that she had been out drinking until 3 a.m. Thursday and that she had consumed vodka until she passed out.
I just wonder if her parents knew she was not at home or maybe she was drinking at home and maybe the police should have found out who she was with. If they were school friends they should have been tested too.
I wonder how much she learned that day and how much of our tax money was wasted on her.

THE MARRIAGE REF

Another reality show has hit the airwaves. This one presented to us by Jerry Seinfeld. It is called the Marriage Ref.
A panel of three start sit and view couples that have a problem in their marriage. This night is was a guy who had his dog stuffed and displayed in the home and of course the wife didn't want it there. It was up to the panel to listen to the arguments and then decide which spouse to vote for. In this case the wife won and the dog was put in the attic.
The second couple had a situation where the husband wanted a stripper pole put in his bedroom for his wife to perform on. No way said the wife. As it turned out the wife won, no pole.
I really don't think that this show is going to stay on the air to long. Really dumb.
Looking for a new program.

LADIES DON'T EVER TELL YOUR MAN YOU DON'T LIKE HIS GIFTS.

Valentines Day. A day of love, gifts and maybe a nice dinner out.
This happy couple were on their way to Michigan City, Indiana for a nice romantic dinner when the girl informed her boyfriend that she didn't like the stuffed animal and balloons he had given her on this special day.
At that point the boyfriend started hitting her and when she tried to defend herself he bit her. When she tried to call 911 he grabbed her phone and broke it. Being macho as he is he pulled the car to the side of the rode and pushed her out.
The girl was walking on the Borman Expressway in Indiana with a swollen lip, scratch below her eye and a bite mark on her arm.
Big guy later called the police and reported that he had been battered. He was taken to jail and was charged with battery, interfering with reporting a crime and criminal mischief.
Isn't it grand to be in love?

WATCHING THE OLYMPICS

One of the things that I look forward to is watching the Olympics. Summer and winter. Although the opening ceremonies could not compete with the ceremonies of China, they were still very, very beautiful even with the glitch at the end with the torch. Had everyone kept their mouth shut nobody would have noticed. Well done Canada.
I received a 46 inch HD TV for Christmas and can only say that if you had the opportunity to watch it that way you are very fortunate. Everything is so clear that is seems that I was there. I loved when they showed the scenery of the mountains and Forrest, lakes and rivers, it just took my breath away. It was a real treat. No matter what event I am watching, it seems that I am right there and a part of it.
Just had to express how beautiful it is.

EFFECTS OF MY NEW TOY

Today I am feeling the effects from using my new toy. That toy being a WII system. I played 3 games of bowling, 3 rounds of golf, 3 games of baseball and two games of tennis. By doing that I have found muscles that I haven't used for a long, long time. I bought the system because my doctor told me I had to exercise and exercise I did. This is good because I am enjoying playing the games and at the same time I am getting exercise without doing the exercises I don't like to do such as sit ups and the like.
My goal is to lose 10 pounds or more before summer and I think I have found the fun way to do it along with diet.
I'll let you know how I do in a month or so.

GETTING ANXIOUS

When you are looking forward to something really big happening you get anxious and either time goes by fast or slow. In this case my daughter is awaiting the arrival of her man from Iraq. The kids are preparing signs and my daughter is making the house spic and span and stocking the frig to prepare some good meals. She says that the time is flying and that there are not enough hours in a day to do what she wants to do.
On the other hand time is moving at a snails pace for those who are coming home and are waiting for the day that they leave that hell hole and return to their loved ones.
Good job guys and have a safe trip home. Everyone is looking forward to your arrival.
God Bless.

WAL-MART FINALLY GOT THE PICTURE!

For months Wal-Mart has been way behind in it's price on milk. With Jewel and Strack and VanTil having their milk prices at $2.28 is wasn't hard to understand why Wal-Mart had so much of the white liquid nectar on their shelf that was out dated. I went there today and someone finally whispered in their ear that their $3.48 prices were not the lowest around so now their prices for milk are $2.28
Way to go John Q Public if it's too high, let it sit on the shelves.

THEY LEFT US AND WE FORGOT.

If you are like me I forget who, of importance, passed away during the year. When their name is mentioned on the news we may comment "that's too bad I liked her or him" and remember for about a week or a month. Six months from then someone will bring up a celebreties name and say, I wonder if he or she is still alive.
It isn't until the end of the year when a column is printed in the paper naming all of the people in television or film industry who have passed away this year.
In the television industry there were 14 stars who have left us and in the film industry there were also 14 stars that have left us.
Just to name a few to see if you remember. Soupy Sales, Ed McMahon, Walter Cronkite, David Caradine of "Kung Fu,", Gene Barry, Billy Mays who could sell anything, Gale Storm and all of our favorites Farrah Fawcett.
In the film industry we had Patrick Swayze, of recent BrittanyMurphy, porn star Marilyn Chanbers, comedian Dom DeLuise, Mr. sauve Ricardo Montalban, Karl Malden, Jennifer Jones. This is not a complete list but enough to say I didn't know when asked about if they are still with us.
One thing for certain is that they will be with us a long time as well as others of long ago when you see them on television or on CD's

PLEASE LET ME TALK TO A REP.

I ordered a bundle from ATT. Phone service, Internet and Direct TV. In talking to the representative I was told that my monthly bill would be $114.00 which is far less that what I was paying before. My ATT bill came for the phone and Internet and that was OK. I got a separate bill from Direct TV and that was $88.00. Where is that $114.00 bill? I tried calling today and all that you get nowadays is an automated voice that told me that my current bill is $77.00. Where is that $114.00.
Now here's the kicker, if I wanted to speak to a agent it would cost me $5.00. $5.00 what the heck is that all about. I was really frustrated at that point and just hung up until I cool down.
$5.00 to talk to an agent, that's nuts.
