BOTTOM TAX

We always complain about being taxed for one thing or another. Well here is my kind of woman. This lady lives in Monroeville, PA and enjoys shopping at her local K Mart. She purchased some toilet paper and much to her surprise, she was charged 28 cents tax on this nontaxable paper product. She took them to court and got a court ruling that toilet paper is a necessity and is not taxable in the state of PA. She was awarded $100.00 pluS court costs.
